ID Consulting and Coaching Services founded by Hatice Yıldıran -trainer, Human Resources Specialist and Life Coach- has many academics, consultants and professional coaches working full-time or project-based. As a learning organization, ID Consulting and Coaching Services focuses on continuous development and renewal.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Science and technology has been developing at a great speed. Almost every day we come across with a new invention.
As means of communication are diversified global market dynamics are constantly changing. On these grounds, cutthroat competition marks our day. Now, being stronger or being cleverer is not enough to survive in the market personally or institutionally. We should keep pace with the rapid changes occurring in all areas of life.

Under these circumstances, the enterprises that are the leaders of their sectors attach importance to intellectual capital as well as scientific and technological investments to secure and develop their current status in the market.
