1-    Is my personal profile suitable for coaching?

Studies show that some people who get professional coaching certificate do not work as coaches. The reason is that their personalities do not match coaching. Through personality analysis, we decide whether the people who are interested in coaching are suitable for this profession and share the results with them. The next question is what is the educational requirement for this profession? Of course, a university degree is an advantage but not an obligation.

2-    Who will I be coaching:

Coaching area is very wide. Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Business Coaching, Project Coaching, Organization Coaching, Team Coaching, Student Coaching, Parental Coaching etc. Are you suitable for business or personal coaching? We will be developing a program based on your analysis results and guide you until you build up your business.

3-    What is the content of training program?

Some of the certificate programs are convenient for business while some of them are convenient for personal coaching. Our program is a tailor made program that is frequently updated. We use NLP, Hypnosis and quantum techniques as well as coaching techniques. Therefore, it is a very complex program.

4-    How flexible is the program?

The lessons that are missed due to some excuses are covered later on. The applicants may choose to get education through Skype and are invited for supervision in their convenient times. The program through Skype is %70 online and %30 face to face.

5. Do the educators have training formation?

All educators of our programs have Coaching Training Certificate and have competency in teaching. Coaching becomes more successful when it is free from formalism. Getting free from formalism is only possible through a tailor made program designed for each individual.

6.Are practice opportunities offered?

This question highlights the most strategic point of being a competent Coach. Theoretical knowledge does not make sense without practicing. Designers of our program anticipate that 1000-hour coaching practice is necessary for being a master coach.

Certified Coach (ICC): 150-hour training+ 300-hour coaching practice
Professional Certified Coach (IPCC) : 250-hour training+ 500- hour coaching practice  

Master Certified Coach ( IMCC): 250-hour training+1000- hour coaching practice

7. Will the program help me apply coaching to myself?

Within the frame of our successful and powerful coaching approach, we encourage our trainees to set goals and create strategies to reach them. While fulfilling these tasks they will be coaching to themselves. During the program we watch their commitment closely.

8. Can I reach the trainers easily after the program? Education is the firs step for professional coaching. Real achievement is gained through the system of close monitoring. On completing the program, we provide our trainees with consulting and mentoring service face to face or through other forms of communication.

9. Is the certificate valid? This is an internationally accredited certificate program.

However, we should point out that certificate is only a tool to become a professional. The real success depends on the skills and qualities gained along this journey to be a professional. Competency is gained through the development program we offer as well as training. To be a master 5000-hour practice is required.
